We provide a holistic approach with combination GLP medication, nutrition counseling, and exercise programing for our patients. We offer in person injections or home delivery of medications tailored to individual needs.

Primary Care

Comprehensive, accessible, and continuous first point of contact when you need it. We provide preventive care, health education, and treatment for common illnesses and chronic conditions.

Hormone Replacement Therapy

We offer in-person or telehealth options and lab monitoring of blood/hormone levels. We provide care and guidance on hormone replacement, health optimization, improved sexual health, and reproductive health options.

Mental Health Counseling

Professional and collaborative process with a counselor to help individuals navigate emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges to foster improved mental well-being.

Occupational Health

We offer services to both injured employees and employers alike to help workers get back to work as soon as possible. We follow Ohio BWC standards with inclusive care, considering physical, mental, and social well-being for workers. We provide insights on injury prevention, ergonomics, and work restrictions to support appropriate healing and work-injury recovery timelines.

We accept patients aged 12+ and work with most insurance providers. We also care for those without insurance; fees are based on a sliding income scale.
